BELhospice centre and project team are seeking candidates for the following positions:

– Key Working group Legal Expert    1 position

– Lead legal Expert    1 position

Key Experts will be part of project team that is implementing project activities within the project “Advancing human rights through improved palliative care services” project (Grant BTD-FY2019-1355). This project is implemented by BELhospice centre and is financially supported by the Balkan Trust for Democracy, a project of the German Marshall Fund of the United States, and the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Belgrade.

Specific objective:

To create by laws that regard the changes to enable standards and integrated palliative care service provision

Purpose

To create by laws that regard the changes to enable standards and integrated palliative care service provision so to submit them for consideration to the Ministry of Work, Employment Veterans and Social Affairs

Requirements

Key activities for the Lead Legal Expert (1 person x 14  working days)

  • Define by laws, normatives for integrated palliatve care program of standardised socio health services
  • Analyse recommendations to improve/comply quality standards, processes or legal policies within the Program of palliative care.
  • Collaborate closly with the Work Group for Creation of the Palliative Care Program and standards
  • Create by laws and normatives in social and health sector

Qualifications

  • University degree-law
  • Experience in drafting and creating by laws in health and /or social sector
  • References in performing similar tasks
